Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be sure to read the entirety of this section before purchasing your items. A purchase of an item from Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company suggests that purchasers agree with the refund policy and fully understand the refund policy.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company works diligently to ensure every item is sent in pristine condition. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company may archive each items quality before shipment with record including but not limited to photo or video of the physical items. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns accepted by Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company unless waived by appropriate authority.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Solid gold items are expected to be delivered with care in handling from post masters. It's highly unlikely that any solid gold item will arrive defective. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company will work diligently to retain photograph images and or video images of each item for 30 days beginning upon the date of delivery. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company may consider returns after 30 days on a limited case to case basis. Solid gold items are more durable, and arrive at a cost that creates value in a rigorous quality assurance inspection prior to packaging. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company quality control aims to prevent any damage issues to gold and silver items. Silver items aren't as ridged as gold, and from time to time may be damaged in transit. It is still unlikely that silver items will be damaged, and Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company applies the same quality control to all items. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company may retain photographic images, and or video documentation, of silver items collected at the time of packaging. Should any damages have occurred to your items in transit please contact Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company as soon as possible to be considered for an exchange or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please ensure to contact Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company by email before attempting to send any item for exchange, and wait for a reply. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company will attempt to respond to all emails within 30 days of reception. 

Shipping

Please view the shipping policy. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchasers, and or returnees. In the event an exchange is accepted the return shipping may be paid for by Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Should Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company receive a request for refund within the 14 day cooling off period a restocking fee of 25% of the original list price will be applied. Please see the example outlined in the Restocking Fee section. 

Restocking fee
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs, please ensure to bookmark this page to save the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original listing price. For example: If you purchase and item priced at 1,000 USD original listing price, and have paid 600 USD when applying a 40% discount code, a 25% restocking fee applies that 250$ will be charged for returning the item. In this example the return will refund for 350 USD. Upon reception of the item return the item will be inspected. Should the return appear to be damaged, or not the condition when sent by Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company, a refund may not be issued. In this case, Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company will attempt to provide reason the return is not accepted, and offer the returner an option to pay for return shipment of the item. Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company will attempt to contact returners within 30 days of the reception of returned items. In most cases, when the application of return is followed as per this notice a refund (less restocking fee) will be applied within 30 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All refunds will be responsible for a Restocking Fee unless waived by Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company. Restocking fee waivers are extremely rare and require signature of Jewelry Takeover Limited Liability Company with appropriate authority.
